This template is designed for the initial migration of existing contacts from Pipedrive to KlickTipp.
It performs a one-time or limited-run synchronization that transfers all relevant contacts from Pipedrive into KlickTipp, creating new contacts or updating as well as unsubscribing or deleting existing ones based on the email address as the unique identifier.
The scenario checks whether a contact already exists in KlickTipp. If the contact does not exist, it is created and subscribed using a defined opt-in process, including a static Tag as well as dynamic Tags and custom fields. If the contact already exists, the contact data in KlickTipp is updated with the latest information from Pipedrive and unsubscribed or deleted if necessary.
Key contact details such as first name, last name, birthday, Pipedrive contact ID, and label are transferred into KlickTipp custom fields to ensure a reliable link between both systems.
This template is intended exclusively for the initial push of existing Pipedrive contacts. All newly created or updated contacts after the initial migration should be synchronized using a separate, event-based scenario.
This approach ensures a clean system setup, avoids duplicate logic, and allows you to clearly separate bulk migrations from ongoing contact synchronization.
