Transfer scanned vCard QR codes data to KlickTipp

This template automates event-style lead capture by turning scanned vCard QR codes into KlickTipp subscribers in real time. When you scan a QR code containing vCard contact data with AllCodeRelay, the app sends the raw vCard text to a Make webhook. The scenario then validates that the scan is a vCard, parses the vCard into clean contact fields (first name, last name, email, phone numbers, company, position, address, website), and immediately creates or updates the contact in KlickTipp with Double Opt-In (DOI).

This automation is especially useful for marketers, sales teams, coaches, consultants, agencies, and event staff who collect leads offline (business cards or contact QR codes) and want a fast, compliant way to add them to KlickTipp without manual typing. It reduces data entry errors, speeds up follow-up, and ensures every scanned lead is captured consistently and processed through DOI for permission-based marketing.
