If there is a new completed PandaDoc document, Make will automatically update a Google Sheets spreadsheet. You can schedule the scenario to run as you need but adjust the first filter ("only the most recent") accordingly. For example, if it runs every 60 minutes, only documents modified in that time span should pass the filter.
