Create new documents from a template in Plumsail Documents from new entries in Wufoo forms

This template regularly checks for new entries in Wufoo forms and uses the retrieved information to create a new document from a template in Plumsail Documents.

The template is scheduled to run every 15 minutes. You can change the schedule after you set up the template by clicking the clock icon on the first module.

Your Wufoo form is expected to have these custom fields: Name, Surname. If you don’t have these custom fields in your Wufoo form, you will need to either create them or map different existing custom fields relevant to you.
