The template expects your Google Form to collect at least:
1) Email
2) Full Name
The template also expects your Iterable list to have these fields:
1) email
2) name
The template is scheduled to run every 15 minutes. You can change the schedule after you set up the template by clicking on the clock icon on the first module.
Download the blueprint JSON file after purchase.
Open Make.com → go to Scenarios → click Import Blueprint.
Select the downloaded JSON file and confirm.
Connect your app credentials in each module.
Run once manually to test, then activate the schedule.
