Every time you receive a new survey, Make will automatically add selected data from the survey123 to a new row in a Google Sheets spreadsheet. This template is expecting these columns in your target Google Sheet: 1) ID 2) Object ID 3) Name 4) Phone number 5) Email address It's OK if your spreadsheet does not have exactly matching columns. You will just map your survey response items to your columns.

How to import this Make.com workflow

   Download the blueprint JSON file after purchase.

   Open Make.com → go to Scenarios → click Import Blueprint.

   Select the downloaded JSON file and confirm.
