Send a new message on Microsoft Teams from a new response in Survey123

Every time a new response is submitted in Survey123, a message containing response details will be sent to Microsoft Teams. This template was created based on a survey with these questions: 1) Full Name 2) Email 3) Phone number 4) Describe your problem You can use your own survey with different questions but you will need to update the mappings - especially in the message body.

How to import this Make.com workflow

   Download the blueprint JSON file after purchase.

   Open Make.com → go to Scenarios → click Import Blueprint.

   Select the downloaded JSON file and confirm.
