Create a new work order in MaintainX from a forwarded email

Create an automated process of emails to new work orders in MaintainX. By using a mailhook and creating a forwarding rule in your email client, you can automatically send emails that answer the criteria you set up and produce a work order out of them. Additionally, the automation will lookout for attachments and upload them to OneDrive in case there are any + create a comment in the work order containing the link to view those attachments.

How to import this Make.com workflow

   Download the blueprint JSON file after purchase.

   Open Make.com → go to Scenarios → click Import Blueprint.

   Select the downloaded JSON file and confirm.

   Connect your app credentials in each module.
