Seller Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your participation as a seller on the AutomationMart platform, operated by Agility Innovations Private Limited. By registering as a seller or submitting a listing, you agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.
Introduction & Eligibility
AutomationMart is a digital marketplace operated by Agility Innovations Private Limited ("we", "us", "AutomationMart") that enables independent creators ("Sellers") to list, sell, and distribute workflow blueprints and automation templates to buyers worldwide.
To register and operate as a Seller on AutomationMart, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age, or have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your jurisdiction.
- Be an individual, sole proprietor, partnership, or legally registered entity with the authority to agree to these terms.
- Have a valid email address and a Razorpay-compatible Indian bank account to receive payouts.
- Not be located in a country subject to applicable trade sanctions or export control laws that would prohibit your participation.
- Agree to provide accurate, truthful information during registration and keep it up to date.
AutomationMart reserves the right to verify Seller identity at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.
Revenue Share & Pricing
Sellers set their own prices in Indian Rupees (INR). The minimum price for a paid listing is ₹99. Sellers may also offer listings for free (price = ₹0), in which case no transaction fee applies.
Pricing may be updated by the Seller at any time. Material price changes on live listings will trigger a re-review period during which the listing will be temporarily unlisted until approved.
AutomationMart does not charge any fee to list a workflow. You only pay the 20% commission when a sale is made.
Listing Requirements
Every listing submitted must meet the following minimum standards before it can be approved for publication:
- The workflow must be original work created by the Seller. Reselling, redistributing, or repackaging workflows created by others — including from open-source repositories or other marketplaces — is strictly prohibited.
- The workflow must be functional and accurately described. It must perform all actions stated in the listing title and description at the time of submission.
- A valid workflow blueprint file (JSON) exported from Make.com, n8n, Zapier, or another supported platform must be included.
- A workflow diagram image (minimum 1200 × 630 px) is required. This image will be displayed publicly on the listing page.
- The listing title must clearly describe what the automation does. Vague titles (e.g., 'Automation workflow') will be rejected.
- The short description (max 150 characters) and full description must be written in English and must not contain misleading claims.
- App tags must accurately reflect the third-party apps used in the workflow.
- If a setup guide PDF is included, it must provide accurate and complete instructions for configuring the workflow.
AutomationMart reserves the right to reject any listing that does not meet these requirements, with feedback provided explaining the reason for rejection. Sellers may resubmit after addressing the issues raised.
Prohibited Content
The following types of content are strictly prohibited on AutomationMart and will result in immediate listing removal and may result in account termination:
- Workflows containing malicious code, scripts designed to compromise systems, or any functionality that could harm buyers or third parties.
- Data scrapers that violate the Terms of Service of the target platforms (including but not limited to LinkedIn, Instagram, Google, or any platform that prohibits automated data extraction).
- Workflows that facilitate spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk messaging.
- Automation that circumvents security measures, authentication systems, or rate limits of third-party platforms in ways that violate those platforms' terms.
- Workflows involving adult content, gambling, weapons, or any content that is illegal in India.
- Listings that impersonate another person, brand, or product, or that infringe trademarks or other intellectual property.
- Any workflow that has been previously removed from AutomationMart for a ToS violation.
If you are unsure whether a specific workflow is permitted, contact us at support@automationmart.io before submitting.
Refund Policy & Chargebacks
Because workflow blueprints are digital goods, refunds are not automatically granted. However, buyers are entitled to request a refund in the following circumstances:
- The workflow file is corrupt, unreadable, or does not import correctly into the stated platform.
- The workflow does not perform the core function described in the listing (e.g., a listing described as 'Shopify to Google Sheets sync' that does not perform that sync).
- The listing was materially misrepresented (e.g., claims of features or integrations that are not present in the file).
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the purchase date. AutomationMart will investigate all refund requests and make a final determination within 5 business days.
Sellers who accumulate a disproportionate number of refund requests (greater than 15% of total sales volume in any 90-day period) may have their listings reviewed, suspended, or removed at AutomationMart's discretion.
Payout Terms
Seller earnings are paid out every Friday via Razorpay transfer to the Seller's linked bank account. The following conditions apply:
- Minimum payout threshold: ₹500. Earnings below this amount carry over to the following week.
- The Seller must have a valid Razorpay Linked Account connected to their AutomationMart profile to receive payouts. AutomationMart is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect banking details.
- Payouts represent the Seller's 80% share of confirmed, completed sales, minus any refunds or chargebacks processed during the payout period.
- Payouts are processed in INR only. Currency conversion is not supported.
- AutomationMart will make reasonable efforts to process payouts every Friday, but does not guarantee a specific time of day for fund availability.
- In cases of suspected fraud, account review, or active disputes, payouts may be temporarily held pending resolution.
Sellers are solely responsible for any applicable taxes on income received. AutomationMart does not withhold taxes on behalf of Sellers. You should consult a qualified tax professional regarding your obligations under Indian tax law (including GST and income tax).
Intellectual Property
By submitting a listing, the Seller represents and warrants that:
- They are the original creator of the workflow and hold all rights necessary to license it to buyers.
- The workflow does not infringe any patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property right of any third party.
- They have the right to grant buyers a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the workflow for their personal or business purposes.
Sellers retain ownership of their workflows. AutomationMart does not claim ownership of any content submitted by Sellers. However, by submitting a listing, the Seller grants AutomationMart a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and promote the listing (including its title, description, and diagram image) for the purposes of operating and marketing the platform.
Account Termination & Suspension
AutomationMart may suspend or permanently terminate a Seller account at its sole discretion in any of the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these Seller Terms or the AutomationMart general Terms of Service.
- Submission of prohibited, fraudulent, or misrepresented listings.
- An abnormally high rate of refund requests or buyer complaints.
- Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including manipulation of reviews, purchase counts, or ratings.
- Failure to respond to communications from AutomationMart within a reasonable period when required.
- Any action that AutomationMart reasonably determines is harmful to buyers, other sellers, or the platform.
Upon termination, any pending earnings that exceed the minimum payout threshold will be paid out within 30 business days, subject to the deduction of any outstanding refunds or liabilities. Earnings below the threshold may be forfeited if the account was terminated due to a ToS violation.
Sellers who believe their account was suspended in error may appeal by contacting support@automationmart.io. AutomationMart will review appeals within 10 business days.
Limitation of Liability
AutomationMart provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AutomationMart shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or from buyer disputes.
- Loss of profits or revenue resulting from listing rejection, suspension, or removal.
- Delays in payouts caused by banking system failures, Razorpay outages, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
- Any actions taken by buyers using workflows purchased from you.
AutomationMart's total aggregate liability to any Seller shall not exceed the total fees earned by the Seller in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Seller Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation between the parties. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
Nothing in this clause prevents AutomationMart from seeking emergency injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.
Amendments
AutomationMart reserves the right to modify these Seller Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Sellers by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
The most current version of these terms is always available at automationmart.io/seller-terms.
